Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.
Prices include labor, hauling, and disposal fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
We accept cash, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.
Unpaid balances may result in collection efforts or service refusal for future jobs.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to arrive within the scheduled service window but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic, disposal site delays, or prior jobs.
Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee to cover time and travel.
6. Property Access and Liability
The customer must ensure safe and legal access to the property and all items to be removed.
AZ Junk Pros is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by normal equipment use unless negligence is proven.
We do not remove hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.) or items prohibited by local laws.
Customers are responsible for verifying ownership or disposal rights for all materials hauled away.
7. Disposal and Recycling
We dispose of items responsibly and recycle whenever possible.
Once items are removed, ownership transfers to AZ Junk Pros and we reserve the right to recycle, donate, or dispose of them at our discretion.
