How Debris Hauling Is Priced
Construction debris is priced differently than household junk — weight matters as much as volume.
Material & weight
Tile and plaster weigh far more than framing scrap
Volume
Trailer space the debris pile fills
Loading access
Curbside pile vs. carrying out of a backyard
Disposal fees
Facility charges vary by material type
Debris Loads From Valley Projects
Built for Homeowners, Contractors and Property Managers
Homeowners mid-remodel, GCs who need the jobsite clear before inspection, flippers turning a property on a deadline — the debris pile is always in the way. We work around your schedule, load fast, and leave the driveway usable again.
For repeat contractor work across North Phoenix and the North Valley, we can set up recurring hauls per phase — demo week, cabinet week, punch-list week — with invoicing to your office.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — we take on small-scope interior demolition and tear-out work (kitchens, baths, flooring, sheds) with the haul-away included. For bigger structural projects, your contractor demos and we haul the debris they create. Send photos and we’ll tell you which fits.
Yes — heavy debris is priced by weight and material type. Send photos and rough quantities so we can plan the right loads. Already-broken concrete, brick and pavers are also handled — ask us.
Yes. We schedule around your build phases, load from where your crew staged the debris, and invoice your office. One less sub to babysit.
Asbestos-containing materials, hazardous chemicals, wet paint, solvents and other regulated waste require certified disposal channels we don’t provide. Everything conventional — drywall, wood, tile, fixtures, carpet — is fair game.
Often within a day or two, sometimes same-day depending on the schedule. Text photos of the pile and your deadline and we’ll be straight about what we can hit.
If the debris is already piled and you want it gone now, a haul is faster and you don’t babysit a container. If your project generates debris over days or weeks, ask about our dump-trailer rental availability.
